The Mandrake takes sustainability to new heights with our innovative planter concept on the facade which incorporates extensive foliage, captivating onlookers and making you feel alive in a space with an elevated sense of modernity.

The entire facade will feature integrated planters of trailing vines and succulents which will provide additional passive sun-shading, air filtration, and cooling via Evapotranspiration. This design choice offers a refreshing breath of fresh air, promoting a harmonious connection between the indoors and the outdoors.

MATERIALModernism

Inspired by principles of Kenyan modernism, The Mandrake’s structure pays homage to timeless concepts while moving into a new era of responding to the current physical and economic climate in the country. With its ash-bound concrete superstructure draped in indigenous fauna, the tower emerges from its generic landscape – a new Kenyan Icon.

A communal rooftop enhances the experience of being in a space that is centered around connection for the contemporary pioneer, making The Mandrake so much more than just a workplace.
